General

Pricing covers the use of the inflatable for the duration of your event—we don’t charge by the hour. You’ll receive the inflatable, blower, and an extension cord (up to 100 feet). Delivery and tax are not included, as delivery fees vary based on your location. We provide free delivery up to 20 miles from our North Nashville warehouse. 

We are currently serving areas within a 45-minute travel radius of Nashville, TN. Areas outside this radius may be available upon request but not guaranteed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We require 50% of the total at booking as a deposit and the remaining payment is due halfway between time of booking and the event.
It is very important to us to keep our products clean to maintain the integrity of our houses and have them sparkling white for your event. We use a variety of products including a hospital grade disinfectant on the bounce houses and the ball pit.
Our bounce houses range from 6-8 adults to 10-12 children jumping at a time. Give or take a few extras if you are simply posing for photos.

We do not set up at events that include face-paint, glitter, silly string or confetti balloons of any kind as it can damage the bounce houses. We leave the bounce houses in your care as we will not be at your event. Please supervise the children and the bounce house to keep everyone safe.

Absolutely! Safety is always our top priority! We carry General Liability insurance with coverage up to $2 million.

Weather

We cannot guarantee we will be able to service a time or date change of your party but we will absolutely do our best to accommodate!

Weather Policy: If the event is canceled by Boujee Bounce for high winds or storms, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days of the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your rental date, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your rental, you will forfeit your deposit (50% of total rental fee).

Balloons

Yes! All of our bounce houses have easy hooks that you can tie a balloon garland to. You can use balloons that haven’t been blown up or rubber bands. Please note that our delivery team is happy to give you some pointers and general direction but they do run a tight delivery schedule and will likely not be able to assist in hanging balloons.

We do not offer these add-ons at this time but are happy to refer you to our list of incredible vendors.

Delivery & Pickup

Please clean the area where the rentals will be placed. This includes picking up the yard if you have a dog. Be prepared to show our team where you’d like the rentals plugged in. The power source must be no more than 100 feet away from the inflatable. If needed, we offer generators for rent.

If you’re renting multiple units, please note that each inflatable comes with its own blower, and each blower must be plugged into a separate power breaker to avoid tripping circuits.

We do not allow more than one 100 ft extension cord. The further the bounce house is from the power source the less power the inflatable receives and it makes the bounce house too soft.

If your bounce house location is too far from a power source we recommend renting one of our generators or using one of your own.

Your delivery details will be sent to you via text one week prior to your event. Our set up and pick up times will vary depending on our other routes that day, but the hours listed on your inquiry will be covered in full.
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. We require a generator for park setups. We have generators for rent, or you can provide your own.

Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide.

Be prepared to provide us with the location you will be setting up in the park.
